Ros returned to her roots in Lincolnshire and joined Badleys in 2000 having spent 20 years in London working in the city for a large law firm. She looks after all finance, invoicing and company administration matters.

Ros is a qualified Badminton coach and enjoys the challenges of not only playing badminton but also encouraging young and old to take up and excel at the sport.
